Nice local shopping centre with a lot of choices

Nice and neat mall. Huge parking area as well.

Since its opening my girlfriend and I have frequently visited this mall. And each time we were very happy with our visit. Its variety of shops from affordable to very expensive, its big choice of restaurants to choose from which in addition are much more moderate in prize than in other shopping centers, the different seasons with interesting pop-up buying opportunities, the gaming arcade and last but not least the very elegant cinema on top make every visit a discovery.Maybe it is not such a high class shopping center like the Beachwalk but due to its diversity it offers much more choices and above all fun. The visitors are an interesting cross section of different age groups making this shopping center more entertaining. The parking area is a short distance behind the actual shopping center offering ample parking space and the individual parking lots leave sufficient space to maneuver the car. In addition car park attendants are always at hand to assist you when parking your car.

Very trendy mall. Many food choices. Designed more Like a Bangkok mall. Clean and good layout. Places to sit and rest. Teeming with the young crowd. Cinema on site.

It's a good mall, has a lot of options. But sometimes when they have performances it can be way too loud and so it's hard to talk or concentrate with the heavy music and people talking way too loud into their mic

New brand Mall in Denpasar, it’s not to big but have plenty of option to visit. Now they have big parking area behind the mall.

Watson at lvl 21 is the worst!! Price at store and bill not same! When asking cashier why price different she easily said "oh we have rising price" NOT EVEN SAID SORRY AND EXPLAIN WHEN THE PRICE CHANGE AND WHY THEY STILL DISPLAY THE OLD PRICE!!!! the store claim no receipt free bill then how bout this case?! They also have so many staff and all of them just chatting with themselve not care with the customer!!! Worst ever!

Very good for enjoy your jalan jalan and have a specialty coffee at starbucks

Doesn't have place to sit down publicly inside the building, so tired for walking and cannot enjoy the mall vibes

Clean enough, and the supermarket selling various things we needed. They have provided new parking lot also.

Nice shopping mall, not big but they have almost all you need like supermarker, cinnema studio, electronic store and food court.

Good places for sightseeing in Denpasar. But need more solution to eradicate traffic flows in Teuku Umar Street.

It's a busy mall with a lot of overpriced stores... I suppose that's what you expect from a mall. If that's your thing then this is a decent mall. There are way better places to shop in Bali from my experience though.

Busy mall with good food court, a bit painful to move around in as escalators make you walk the entire mall to get up or down. Cinema is good. Location in center of Denpasar away from tourist areas makes for a local experience.

I love how it has a spacey surau / musholla. So comfy

nice place, comfortable parking, decent options for food and fashion.The missing star is, the way they setup the escalator is not my preference.They setup 2 escalator going to same direction side by side, while I prefer 1 going up and 1 going down side by side

During the pandemic, staffs at this place are pretty strict in following protocol. They check temperature of everyone entering the main gate and provide hand sanitiser too. They even make announcement to remind guess to always wear mask, keep distance, wash or sanitise hands, and put face-shield on if possible. The toilet was so clean and cleaning staff was always ready there. Very good hospitality!

Our favourite mall in town because it one stop shoping mall. They have famous Bakmi GM. Large parking for car & motorbike. Corridor inside little bit narrow. We bring strollers'toddler which use lift to up & down floors

One of the best mall in Denpasar. lots of interesting items and good food. And also the cinema is very interesting, plus the Dolby Atmos sound system

Malls with incomplete facilities, strange escalator concepts, on each side have two escalators in the same direction so make visitors uncomfortable for efficiency, especially there is no elevator!Can you imagine if there were visitors who needed emergency assistance, for example visitors get heart attack on the second floor, how do you quickly evacuate so that visitors can immediately be saved?A way to anticipate evaluations in these emergencies should be considered

Centrally located mall with a great selection of shops and restaurants and cafes. Very popular with locals. If you need a taxi, there is an information point at the entrance, where they will help you to get one.

Nice place, did not find a good place to eat there but good shopping experience, also i found a place where you can wait for grab (taxi).

The mall wasn’t so big but it had enough stores and well decorated

They have a great big cinema and many shops and big parking lot.

Strategic locations, size is not too big

The direction signs are clear, the team at information desk is very helpful. Place is a little bit cramped on Ground floor. Other than that, it's similar to other malls

The worst experience in my Bali holidays. I never expected something like this to happen in a famous mall. This lady in the parking place is trying to scam tourist be careful if you see her. When you give her the ticket (regularly take from the parking machine) she will hide it under the keyboard of the computer and pretend you did not have a valid one and ask for extra payment and laugh at you. The security people was not doing nothing and she just trow away our tickets. I suggest to all tourist to make a video while paying for have a proof in case she try to scam you.I will Never return to level 21!

Great little mall but VIP motorbike park should be covered please

Nice place..always spent time every week..just for drink SB or chatime with family and the cleanest place for rest room in all of MALL in Bali..

He always bring me here whenever he wants me to have new dresses. Good place to find needs

Fun shopping mall, mostly for clothing. Can get pretty much anything you need here. Not too crowded usually. Has an arcade and the cinema. The food options aren't great, but you can pop outside and find all sorts of yummy things.

All good, nice place to hangout but the ATM center is incomplete.

Great service, great price

I will put only 3 stars for this shopping mall, because if you want to go to the second floor you need to cross whole shopping mall. “Clever” marketing to push you to see all shops. Very clean toilets!! Respect for it!

I prefer to get into the place through their lobby instead of their parking area. The parking area for motorcycle is next beside a city dump. So it smells quite bad there. But the inside of the place is great.

Nice cinema and the staff are friendly. Tickets are around 75k for child and adult, a little more expensive than a few other malls but not overly. They also have premier there as well. They accept card also. Clean and do play children movies also when they come out which is good. Price for food is also very reasonable.

Overall, not a bad place. Nice and clean inside with a lot of nice shops to wander through. The garbage sorting area outside near where you park scooters... now that stinks. Whilst we get the idea the people are coming and going all day collecting what they want for recycling, it might be better if this sorting was done elsewhere. Other than that. Great place.
